FAQ & Refund Related

Most items are accepted to be return. Except flamable/chemical/food consumption (which our  website not support now). If order delivered to your shipping address, you have 7 days to email refund request.

 Either go to My Account > Orders > “Order Messages” of one selected order, to express your concern to our team about specific order. 

Or go to My Account > Orders >  “View” of one selected order, to view status or order activities. 

My Account > Orders > “Refund” of one selected order. You can leave  “Bank Account Details”, if you simply want receive your payment to original payment method. 

It may take next 1-3 businesses day to process your refund request. If your reason is valid, you will receive “Accept Refund Request Email”. If not, you will receive “Cancelled Refund Request Email”. 

 Our team can approve refund requests  items that are not same as described on featured image of product look from TrustyElement webpage, or due to damaged from shipment/ mistake from our end. Other reasons will be needed notified from our team, and take some consideration before our team give decision. 

Thus, we need prove from your end. It’s important for customer to provide enough proof, such as pictures of bad products, videos – for why product is not met your demand to our team. 

Despite any final decision made from TrustyElement team, you can reach out to our team through either “Order Messages” of one selected order after submitting initial refund request; or email admin@trusty.weshoplight.shop; or simply “Causal Bubble Chat” on TrustyElement webpage. 

Better to stick to one form of contact, so our team can allocate your concern easily.

Give your evidence through pictures/videos. Currently, due to technical limitation, videos can’t be receive from sending attachment from My Account > Orders > “Order Messages”/ “Refund” of one selected order. You send  us with videos evidence through email (admin@trusty.weshoplight.shop). In email, please provide your [order id], [your name],[email address of billing address].

For pictures, you send up to 10 pictures from “Order Messages”of one selected order for each message. Take multiple pictures of zoom out, or zoom in, varieties of angles for convincing proof. 

For videos, we recommend you to record a short of process unpacking your product, to the point of showing initial product condition from box delivered to your billing address
